Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 15, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Anzo Labs, Inc. (“Avvio,” “we,” “us”) governing your access to and use of the Avvio application, wallet software, virtual accounts, card services, trading, yield features, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using Avvio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Compliance
You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You further represent that you are not located in, a resident of, or otherwise subject to any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions or restrictions imposed by the United States, the European Union, or other applicable authorities. Your use of Avvio must comply with all applicable laws, including anti–money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations and any requirements imposed by our financial service partners.
2. Nature of Avvio Service
Avvio is non‑custodial wallet software. It enables you to:
Create and manage crypto wallets for supported networks (including Bitcoin, Ethereum/EVM, Solana, and other blockchains we may add).
Interact with on‑chain protocols, including token transfers, swaps, and cross‑chain bridges, via third‑party infrastructure providers such as OneBalance, LI.FI, Jupiter, and Relay.
In the future, access fiat on‑ramp, virtual account, card, yield, DeFi, and tokenized‑asset functionality provided by third‑party partners (described below). These features may not be available in your jurisdiction and may not yet be live in the version of the Service you use.
Avvio does not custody user funds, take possession of your digital assets, or provide traditional financial services. Avvio is not a bank, broker, dealer, investment adviser, money transmitter, or other regulated financial institution. Any fiat services, card programs, exchange functionality, yield products, or tokenized assets you may access through the Service are provided by independent third parties under their own terms and regulatory approvals.
3. Wallet Creation and Keys
Wallets for BTC, ETH/EVM and Solana are generated using Turnkey MPC (Multi-Party Computation) infrastructure. Signing credentials are protected through cryptographic key-shares secured by Turnkey and your device authentication methods such as passkeys, biometrics, or secure enclave mechanisms. Recovery of wallet access is performed solely through Turnkey’s MPC recovery flows linked to your authenticated devices and recovery factors that you configure. Avvio does not have the ability to access, reconstruct, or sign transactions on your behalf and cannot reset or bypass your authentication controls. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your devices, passkeys, and recovery methods, and for all activity initiated from your wallet
You are solely responsible for:
Safeguarding your devices, credentials, passkeys, and recovery methods.
Reviewing all transactions before approval.
All activity initiated from your wallet(s), whether authorized by you or by someone else using your credentials.
Loss, theft, or compromise of your credentials or recovery factors may result in irreversible loss of digital assets
4. Transactions
Transactions executed through Avvio may be routed via third-party protocols including OneBalance, LI.FI, Jupiter, and Relay. Bitcoin transactions utilize PSBT signing. All blockchain transactions are irreversible once broadcast, and execution depends on network conditions and third-party liquidity.
We do not guarantee any particular:
Execution price, slippage, or spread.
Settlement time or confirmation speed.
Availability or performance of any route, asset, network, or provider.
5. Bridge Virtual Accounts
Fiat-related services, including ACH and virtual accounts, are provided by Bridge.xyz and its banking partners. Such accounts are not bank deposits of Avvio and may not be FDIC insured. Your use of these services is subject to the terms and policies of Bridge.xyz and the relevant financial institutions.
6. Avvio Card
The Avvio Card is powered by Bridge.xyz and issued by Lead Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. All card usage is governed by the applicable Cardholder Agreement and issuer policies. Avvio is not the issuer of the card and does not control authorization, declines, chargebacks, or settlement decisions.
7. Yield and DeFi Features
Yield opportunities are facilitated through third-party protocols and smart contracts, including integrations provided by yo.xyz. Returns are not guaranteed and may fluctuate significantly. Participation exposes you to smart-contract risk, liquidation risk, market volatility, oracle failures, and potential total loss of principal. Avvio does not provide investment, tax, or financial advice and only offers technical access to these protocols.
8. Tokenized Stocks and RWAs
Access to tokenized securities or real-world assets is provided by licensed partners in permitted jurisdictions, including XStocks. Avvio only provides technical connectivity and user interface functionality and does not make recommendations regarding suitability, investment merit, or regulatory classification of any asset.
9. Fees
Transactions may incur blockchain network fees, third-party provider fees, card network fees, and Avvio service fees. All applicable charges are displayed prior to confirmation where feasible. Avvio may modify its fee structure at any time in accordance with applicable law.
10. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Avvio for any unlawful or abusive purpose, including money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, unauthorized access, or interference with the Service. Avvio may restrict or suspend access if suspicious or prohibited activity is detected or if required by our partners or regulators.
11. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Avvio account at any time. Deletion removes off-chain profile data maintained by Avvio; however, blockchain transaction history is public and permanent and cannot be erased or modified by Avvio.
12. Risks
Digital assets are volatile and experimental. Use of Avvio may result in partial or total loss of funds due to market movements, protocol failures, bridge outages, smart-contract exploits, or user error such as incorrect addresses. You assume all such risks and acknowledge that Avvio provides software only.
13. No Fiduciary Duty
Avvio provides technology services and owes no fiduciary duty to users. We do not act as your agent, custodian, trustee, broker, or adviser and do not manage assets on your behalf.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avvio shall not be liable for any loss arising from blockchain transactions, third-party failures, smart-contract vulnerabilities, Bridge.xyz services, card issuer actions, network congestion, or your use of the Service. In no event shall Avvio’s total liability exceed the amount you paid to Avvio in the preceding six months or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.
15. Dispute Resolution
Where permitted by applicable law, disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration and not class actions, under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, with Delaware law governing this agreement without regard to conflict of laws principles.
16. Modifications
Avvio may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
